Welcome to Pilot Pariksha, a digital learning platform operated by Bannerman Aviation and powered by One-on-One Aviation ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Use govern your access and use of the Pilot Pariksha website, mobile application, and related services. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Pilot Pariksha provides question banks and mock tests, performance analytics and progress tracking, learning tools and optional online classes. Our goal is to help aspiring pilots prepare for their exams and training.
Only students and trainee pilots are permitted to use the platform (not institutions, academies or organizations). You must be at least 16 years old and use the platform for personal educational purposes only.
Registration requires a valid email and phone number. You must keep your credentials confidential, not share your account, and provide accurate information. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination without refund.
Payments are processed via Razorpay. We do not store your banking, card or UPI details.
Subscriptions are available in various durations and access levels; pricing and features are displayed on the platform.
All payments are strictly non-refundable once activated.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually repurchase on expiry.
All questions, explanations, materials and designs are the intellectual property of One-on-One Aviation and Bannerman Aviation. You are prohibited from copying, screenshotting, recording or redistributing content; uploading or sharing it on social media; or using it for teaching, resale or institutional use. Violations may result in suspension or legal action.
Violation may result in permanent termination without notice or refund.
We strive for uninterrupted access but are not liable for downtime or data loss arising from technical or third-party issues.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data, access or profits. Use is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice for content sharing or duplication, allowing others to access your account, or violation of these Terms. Terminated users forfeit remaining access with no refund.
Pilot Pariksha is an independent educational platform, not affiliated with or endorsed by DGCA or any government or aviation authority. Content is for exam preparation and educational purposes only.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
These Terms may be updated periodically with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use after an update constitutes agreement.
